Well, not quite yet but at least there is a decoder available. Based on the sources of the Amiga decoder RAdecode Petr Stehlik has written a TTP that converts 14k4 RA/RAM files to raw audio data (16 bit, signed, 8khz, mono). A first version can be downloaded from his homepage. The sourcecode is included so probably someone tries to make a full Real Audio Player out of it…?
